Whether you are getting ready to move into a new apartment and need a more thorough deep sanitized cleaning for your peace of mind or moving out with no time to clean the mess you are sure to leave behind we can handle the task. Even empty spaces require the same about of time and attention if not more in some cases. This deep cleaning includes the interior of appliances, closets and cabinets.

No, you do not have to be at home for a cleaning, however, when you complete your booking, please indicate how we will gain access to your apartment. Typically, our cleaners retrieve the key from the doorman and return it upon completion of the work.

We operate from Monday through Saturday, the first appointment starts at 8am, the last appointment can be scheduled for 5pm. For Before & After Party Cleaning, this service must be booked at least 48hrs in advance.

No, you do not. We provide all the supplies. However, if there are cleaning supplies you prefer us to use in your home feel free to leave them out in clear sight for our cleaner. 

Additionally, since Covid-19 cleaners are using your vacuums and mops to avoid cross-contamination across households. Therefore, it is important to note that if you do not own a vacuum cleaner that carpeted areas may not properly be cleaned.

The vacuum will be cleaned, canister emptied and returned to its original condition. The same applies for mops/buckets. Our cleaners are equipped with wet-dry mops. 

No problem! Life happens. We do ask that you make every effort to give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. Last minute cancellation may incur a cancellation fee. Read more on our Cancellation Policy page.

Tips are optional and entirely up to you. Following the completion of a cleaning, you can log into your dashboard and choose to add a tip, 100% goes to your cleaner. Alternatively, you may offer a cash tip directly to your cleaner. Feel free to decide whether or not to provide a tip – While appreciated by our cleaners there is no obligation to do so!

At Highrise Luxe Cleaners, your satisfaction and meeting your expectations are our top priorities. If you’re unhappy with any part of our cleaning service, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll arrange a re-clean of the areas in question at no additional cost.
